I purchased this as a birthday present for my wife. My wife and I got the chance to play with it after, so here is our honest review.
After spending some time with the Enya Inspire Smart Electric Guitar, we agree that it's one of the most innovative guitars we've played.
It combines the feel of a modern electric guitar with smart technology that genuinely makes practicing and playing more enjoyable.
One thing that impressed us was the carbon fiber body and neck. The guitar feels incredibly solid and durable, also it's lighter compared to a standard electric guitar which is a huge advantage.
There is a built-in 15W speaker that
is loud and clear enough for home practice, and it sound good right out of the box. There is a companion app where you can customize and select effects like reverb, delay, EQ, and modulation but the amplifier is only limited 2 two options for this model (deluxe clean and Dist100). I hope there will be more options to choose from.
Overall, we would rate the Enya Inspire 8.5/10 based on our playing experience, my wife loved playing with it. The project Lou design was the deal maker for her since it resembles the a design of her favorite rock artist. It's an outstanding guitar that can be played right out of the box.
Nice guitar, for novice like me, it was difficult to bring it calibrated with better string , road was strength right , on original set intonation was well done, a beginner will get more sound color with better string, i like the integrated little amplifier and speaker with multi effect, despite the autovibration of the cord due on speaker vibration it is a good guitar
I’ve watched every video about this guitar I could find. It’s the first piece of gear I’ve gotten genuinely excited for in a long time. I have guitars that haven’t been out of the case in over a decade. I barely have the drive to turn an amp on and plug a guitar in once a month.
I’ve no intention on playing any gigs or shows or even campfire music. I’m rusty as heck.
This guitar gets me excited to play! Take it off the wall, tap a button and I’m jamming out having fun!
The guitar is unbelievably well made. Where the neck meets the body is immaculate. The frets are like nothing I’ve ever seen. Crazy smooth like ball rounded ends. None of my guitars are like this. I’ve changed strings twice already cause my old hands need ultra light. Adjusting the tremolo was stupid easy. It came with 10’s, I swapped to 9’s, now I got 8’s. The truss rod also adjusts very easily. The gig bag it came with is very nice.
Sorry to be gushing, I’m just happy with what I got.
So my experience is saw a video. Then many videos. Got one for myself. Very happy with it. Hope this helps anyone decide.

I started learning guitar 3 weeks ago soooo I do not have the knowledge to do an accurate review. But I like the style, it doesn't feel like a toy at all when you play it, there are good componants for the price. Just a lil' issue with the speaker, when's too loud, the pick-ups catch the sound from the speaker, you know what happens next, it's a bit annoying.
There is good points about the carbon fiber, I like how it looks, the guitar stays in tune wonderfully well, and the back of the neck is smooth as hell, it is easier to move across it! I really like the thin body, and the good thing is, it's not too light, not too heavy either :)
I won't tell too much about the app, I don't really like it, not clear enough about how to set the sound, the commands aren't really accurante and too small, so it isn't intuitive unfortunatly, but nothing a good update couldn't handle. (And we should be able to register the instruments we own in the app instead of looking for them in the list every single time.)
Anyways, overall I like it, it is a good instrument, can't wait to play good haha!
This is exactly what I needed to up my practice game! The speaker is not too loud but loud enough. The app is great (looping and drum tracks would have made it perfect.) I'm having fun with it and improving my skills. That to me made it a great investment. The neck is something special, very ergonomic and comfortable. It stays in tune well and comes very well set up. The pickups are really good! I'm a happy customer.
I‘m really excitet avout this guitar. I‘ve ordered it for home rehearsals and it does exactly what I expected it to do. Easy to play on, good sound. I‘m happy with my „inspire“.

Overall I like it. The built in amp is definitely not suitable for a gig. Plugged into an external amp you can get sufficient volume but the sounds aren’t quite as good as real pedals.
I just LOVE this guitar.
Its great for just playing straight into a mixing desk or a standard P.A system. No more dragging amps around!
I also like the built in speaker facility. Great for spontaneous 'sing along's with friends & family, just like a regular acoustic but with the added bonus of sound effects - Whats not to like?
I'm hoping Enya will sometime in the future provide more effects to download to the App.

Love it. Love everything about. I wanna take it and play everywhere. I want to take on holiday, play it in park, take to school, take to work, take and play on mountain! I can rock anywhere!!!!
Online ordering was very straightforward, the discount made the decision easy and delivery only took around 3 days which is excellent. The guitar is well packed with the strings protected and the gig bag is such great quality too. The inspire came fully charged and after a quick tune up was ready to go. Action is light and string height very low which I like. The presets are fantastic to play around with and the internal speaker of great quality with only a little feedback on high distortion settings. Plugged into an amp it sounds great too and because it is so easy to simply pick up, press the button and play, practice has become more spontaneous. I take it with me in the motorhome and love how adaptable it is. The innovative strap is a joy and I wish I could buy extra 'magnetic attachment strings' for my other guitars so I could swap it around with them! It's odd that the bottom humbucker is gold when all the other fittings are copper coloured, I wish it were either black or copper for aesthetics (or all gold fittings) but it's a small matter really. From a professional usability point, I doubt it would easily take over from more established instruments but this has the capacity for broader synthetic soundscape adaptation and enhancement which may allow instruments such as this a place on stage or in the recording studio. Overall, I'm extremely pleased with the quality, the solid feel, the weight, feel of the neck (no neck dive) and the look.
This is SO much easier to play than my Fender Strat! As for how it sounds, either guitar can be made to sound like the other. I have received several comments on how gorgeous this guitar looks.
Since the Inspire has a built in speaker and does not need to be plugged in, my pedal tuner is not always available, so I added an external tuner. After removing the Snark clamp, I drilled a small hole and glued in the Snark stick. This means the tuner is still removable for battery change, etc. This arrangement works really well. The only other mod I made was to add heat shrink to the tremolo stick to thicken it up a little. Amazingly, this guitar needed no additional setup out of the box. The frets even had smooth ends. (No more “Fender Nicks” on my fingers from sharp fret ends.)
A special shout out to Miles from Enya Customer Service. I have never had such great responses from any other guitar manufacturer except possibly Zager.
After three weeks of playing, I can only say this is a keeper and the perfect travel guitar. To top it all off, I just received a $25 “thank you” coupon from Enya. Gibson and Martin never did that for me, and their guitars cost me four times what I paid for the Inspire.
Wonderful guitar and accessories, the customers service is really kind, I 'm now eager to spare enough money to buy me the Carbon Pro model ! All the best for the whole team. Fred
It's a bit tricky to go over the pick-up volume knob and main volume because of sound couplings but I can say that the whole product and the app work flawlessly. The carbon fiber built quality is amazing and I'm sure you can't get more for the price. It is a good medium line guitar and tech is a very amusing plus. You can play backtracks directly from your phone or PC using 15 watts amp included and when you connect guitar to an amp you can see pick ups quality is pretty good for the price. A good product always ready to play in five seconds!!!!

Not a great start as I originally purchased thru aliexpress it did not arrive and I had to wait for refund. I then directly ordered thru official store no problems at all although shipping was twice the price I felt better as I knew it was in good hands and tracking was 100% better. I have a enya nexg which i bought a year ago thru temu and I just absolutely love it's tone and just simply had too have the new inspire smart guitar. I have 7 other guitars and in all honesty haven't picked any of them up since I've had smart guitars I rave about this enya inspire guitar to everyone and anyone who will listen lol
I purchased the Enya Inspire guitar after Mark Zabel's recommendation and am quite impressed. The guitar has a beautiful shape similar to the stratocaster. It has a very solid feel as it's made with some type of polymer as a single unit fusing the neck and body. The neck is slim [and fast!] and comes with medium jumbo frets [nicely seated with no edging problems]. Amazingly, the guitar seemed to already have been set up as the action is excellent with no other tweaking required [based on the 9s string set]. The pups seem fine with no complaints and the bridge humbucker provides nice gain and tone. A swaybar comes with the guitar and I have not had any problems with retuning after use. Some of the biggest features of the guitar are its embedded electronics which include a speaker with four preset tones that allow for low-volume jamming and practice. The Enya app allows for customizing each tone even further. Overall, I'm quite impressed given the quality and price of this guitar. I'm an old-timer guitar player having owned many vintage guitars but am glad that I purchased the Inspire and having a lot of fun playing it.
The Enya Inspire is a lot of guitar for the price! I love being able to sit or go anywhere and jam with it. A lot easier than hauling a practice amp around to jam with friends. The Bluetooth foot pedal makes switching presets a breeze. I highly recommend!
