Gift Card (USD)

Digital gift cards are delivered via email immediately after your order is processed. The email contains a link to your unique gift card code and redemption instructions. If you don't see it in your inbox within a few minutes, please check your spam or promotions folder.

At checkout, enter your unique gift card code into the Gift card or discount code field and click Apply. The gift card balance will automatically be deducted from your total.

Yes! Gift cards are treated as a form of payment, meaning you can combine a gift card with promotional codes, store discounts, and sales at checkout.

No, purchased gift cards never expire, and there are zero additional processing or maintenance fees.

The gift cards obtained by practicing UGC event or giveaway etc are valid for 6-month, but also zero additional fee.

You can view your remaining balance at any time by clicking the original gift card link in your confirmation email. If you can't locate the email, contact our customer support team with your order number, and we will check it for you.

If your order total is higher than your gift card balance, you can pay the remaining difference using any standard payment method (credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, etc.).

Refunds for items purchased with a gift card will be recredited to the original gift card code or issued as store credit.

If you paid using a combination of a gift card and another payment method, the refund will be credited back to your original payment method first, with any remaining portion returned to your gift card balance.

You can forward the gift card email directly to the recipient, print out the digital gift card page to give in person, or enter the recipient's email address in the shipping/contact details at checkout.
