Registration Guidelines

1. Order Number

The 1-year extended warranty is exclusively available for products purchased via the Enya Music Official Store or authorized distributors. A valid order number from these channels is required for verification.

2. Email Address

Please provide the email address used at the time of purchase. By registering your product, you agree to receive marketing updates. To complete your registration, please check your inbox for a confirmation email.

3. Invoice Copy

Please provide a screenshot of the order confirmation email. The screenshot should clearly display the order number, items purchased, exact date, and total amount to be considered valid. Please upload JPEG or PNG format file (under 10MB).

Limitations & Exclusions

To ensure a fair process, please note that this warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and craftsmanship only. The following scenarios are strictly excluded from warranty coverage(included but not limited):

  • Accidental Damage & Misuse
  • Environmental Damage
  • Normal Wear and Tear
  • Unauthorized Modifications
  • Cosmetic Aging
  • Non-Quality Related Issues
  • Maintenance & Setup & Adjustments
