Speaker Feedback
About the speaker issue, please allow us to kindly explain. We consider that some users need to directly input the Mixer, PA or Audio Interface sometime. A higher output level can help them work better, since some of those devices do not have a good pre-amp. According to those factors above, we set the output level limitation relatively high. But meanwhile, the speaker is close to the bridge pickup, it brings us potential feedback issue. Turning the output level down in the App, or adding in the noise gate would solve that problem. Also, left-hand muting or right-hand palm muting can control the feedback issue. Last but not least, you can always turn the volume knob all the way off after playing to kill the feedback.
Battery
- Normally, you can expect it charging 2 hours for 10 hours playing.
- It's replaceable. Please contact us since it's a custom battery from our exclusive supply chain.
- According to the theoretical data, it can work 5 years or 100k times charge/discharge.
- Working temperature(lab data) is -20°C to 45°C (-4 °F to 113 °F).
- Due to the characteristics of lithium batteries, the data mentioned above may effected by using and store environment.
- Please do not make any mod even for professionals, and please ware of the dangerous during replacing battery.

String vibrating
Sometime a little bit of paint be sprayed to the nut, which potentially cause a issue. Cleaning the slots of nut with an utility blade will shoot the trouble easily.
