If you are an EU consumer and purchase your product from us online or over the phone, you have the right to cancel the order without giving any reason, provided you contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned to us in new condition, showing no signs of use, excessive wear, or damage.

Packing Returned Items

Please retain the packaging for your items until you have decided to keep the goods. If you wish to return any items within the 14-day cancellation period, all items should be securely packed, preferably in their original packaging, with appropriate internal protection to prevent movement and damage in transit. ENYA MUSIC Global cannot accept responsibility for any item damaged due to insufficient packaging. If items are not packaged correctly, resulting in damage, your return may be refused or your refund reduced.

Refunds

Once the items are returned to us, we will process a full refund. Where delivery charges were paid on the original shipment, we will refund our standard delivery charge; enhanced or timed delivery charges will not be refunded.

Return Costs & Depreciation

Please note that the cost of returning the items to us must be covered by the customer. Where goods have been damaged, marked, or show signs of excessive testing or use (beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods), a deduction will be made to compensate for the reduction in value. Please do not return the goods via freight collect. We reserve the right to reject freight collect shipments, and all associated costs will be borne by the customer.

Transit Insurance

Insure your return while in transit. We highly recommend that you insure your goods to their full value when arranging return delivery. ENYA MUSIC Global cannot accept responsibility for returned items damaged in transit. However, we will inform you as soon as we become aware of any transit damage so that you can file a claim against your chosen courier.

Exclusions from the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal shall not apply in the following cases:

Delivery of goods which are not prefabricated and have been manufactured on the basis of a personal choice or according to customer specifications, or which have clearly been tailored to the customer’s personal requirements (e.g., custom instrument builds or modifications).

How to Exercise Your Right of Withdrawal

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your order by a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or an email) of your decision to cancel this contract. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient to send your communication before the cancellation period has expired.
