FAQ
Why does the App show my guitar has battery, but it won't turn on?
Due to a hardware update, the battery display management protocol requires optimization. Please update your guitar to the latest firmware via the App to correct the battery percentage display and fix the button flashing issue.
My guitar won't turn on, and the light doesn't flash when plugged in. What should I do?
If the battery is completely depleted, the indicator light may not flash during the initial charging phase. Do not worry; simply continue to charge it normally. Once it is fully charged, the guitar will power on without any issues.
What are the charger requirements for the Xmari guitar?
We strongly recommend using a fast charger of 20W or higher. The required specifications are an input voltage of 100-240VAC and an output of 5V 3A or 9V 2.2A. Please note that 12V output is not supported.
How long does it take to fully charge the Xmari guitar?
If you use a recommended 20W or higher charger, a full charge takes 2 to 3 hours. If you use a lower wattage charger, it will take between 8 to 12 hours to fully charge.
How do I charge the Xmari Mini Amplifier properly?
To charge the mini amplifier, ensure the device is powered off. Use the included USB Type-C cable and a 5V charger with an output of 1A or higher. The power indicator will glow yellow while charging and will turn off completely once the battery is fully charged.
