Ok, just one more comment about Enya Music and the X4 Pro. The USB C charging port stopped charging my guitar. The preamp and tuner still worked, but it would not charge. Enya sent me a new preamp and the instructions to replace it, for free. The guitar was almost a year old and played a lot. So, from my experience, Enya Music Global has excellent customer service. Just, be nice to the people, they are doing their best too. X4 Pro is my go to acoustic! Thanks Enya!

This X4-pro really surprised me. I have two thousand dollar guitars that don’t play or sound as good. The action came perfectly set and the electronics are outstanding. I don’t even have to use a pedal, it’s built in. Outstanding guitar for the money.

The product arrived in very good condition. I expected the action to be a bit high, but it turned out to be perfect. The guitar is easy to tune and holds its tuning very well. The neck feels a bit heavy to me, which took a little getting used to. That said, it is pleasant to play and the sound quality is very good.
Delivered a little earlier than expected. The neck is a bit heavy, and it took me a little time to adjust coming from my previous guitar. However, tuning is very easy. I was expecting the action to be a bit too high, but it was absolutely perfect. The sound is very pleasant, as are the various effects; I love how customizable they are, as well as the connectivity.
The X4 Pro arrived as advertised—very well packed and in perfect condition. The guitar plays nicely and has very cool features. I am still experimenting with it around the house, but I plan on using it at live gigs soon. I perform 5 times per week outside at various resort locations in 80 degree plus temps with humid conditions, and this will hopefully be a great instrument for that! I would recommend this guitar to others at this point. So far I am very satisfied.

Totally impressed with this carbon fiber, acoustic/electric guitar from Enya Music. The hardshell case it came in is professional quality. It has backpack type shoulder straps that may be reconfigured, a sturdy handle, 5 closure latches on the top of the case, and plush padded interior. That was what I saw first! I opened the case and there was this shiny, black, quilted guitar, with gold hardware and a soundhole in the treble bout. It is playable, after tuning, right out of the case. I always do my own setups to make it more mine. I didnt have to do much…its like they knew I was coming🤣 I lowered the bridge saddle and gave it a truss rod adjustment. Once these carbon fiber guitars are setup, they dont usually go off. Acoustically, I played it for over a month. The sound is stellar, deep, well balanced with incredible sustain. Sustain can be increased, unplugged, by using the built in effects. Enya put a transducer on the inside of the body of the guitar. When on, it doubles the sustain of the strings. The onboard effects are very cool! Playing acoustically with effects…what a concept! Sounds incredible with Elixir Strings. Then, after over a month of playing it, I plugged it in to my 10watt Spark amp. WOW! That is where this acoustic electric shines!!! Big bass end, but balanced with the mids and treble. Beautiful sustaining overtones! The guitar powers on when the 1/4” output jack is plugged in. If it is left with a cable in the jack, it will deplete the battery, but it can be recharged. The neck is comfortable, smooth, easy to play, 20 extremely well polished frets. I can leave this acoustic guitar hanging in my living room; weather does not affect it like wooden instruments. The only drawback for this guitar, and perhaps Enya has spoiled me with the Sonic JT, Inspire, and NEXG 2 😉, but I really wish I could adjust the onboard effects with the Enya Music App. I could finally afford a carbon fiber guitar, and I lucked out that Enya Music makes high quality!
Pros - Beautiful guitar, holds its tuning, resonates wonderfully. Guitar case looks beautifully designed Con’s - Built in tuning system: seems to register the 6th string (E) as a (B) on the display. Tested against snark tuner. (Has this happened to anyone else?) Tuning system when on, isn’t always actively showing variations and changes to pitch unless you really pluck that string, so it will be blank part of the time and not the most sensitive. So opted out of the internal tuning function and put a snark tuner on the head. Not important - but Perhaps give it a week for the guitar to breath after completed building, as I felt like I was huffing epoxy emanating from the hole as it’s closer to ones nose. Overall I love it. I think it one of a kind and I’m gonna baby that thing. The tone is so powerful and rich even without electronic assist. I would recommend it to everyone. Thank you team!!
Love it so far. Interesting tone and long sustain, sounds great wtih the stock strings and very interested to hear what it'll sound like with silk and steel strings later. Delivery was very well-packed to defend against rough handling, and the case is very well-built and high-quality as well. My only complaint is the bridge-side action is a bit too high when you get all the way down the fretboard, and will probably need a bit of work at the local guitar shop to get it a bit more manageable, but I had heard about this and expected it.

I could tell in advance from various review videos that the X4 Pro´s onboard electronics and effects were going to make a difference, but the delay feature in particular proved to be the key. It just seems to fill an audio void during the playing and singing that I´ve never experienced without plugging into an external amp. Being able to generate the same sound al fresco is very liberating when all you need to bring with you on travels is the guitar itself. The case is fantastic, the guitar just as elegant and indestructible as advertised, but the sound is robust beyond my initial hopes. I couldn´t be more pleased with the overall playability, the guitar´s native action, and the confidence that the construction will keep things this way regardless of the weather and age. Congratulations and many thanks for a great product.

I’ve had record deals with several major record companies (Warner Brothers, Sony , etc) and because of those deals I’ve had endorsement agreements with Yamaha and still have a number of Yamaha guitars but I’m very happy to say that I have been playing the Enya X3 Pro exclusively. I have Taylor and Martin and Larivee guitars as well but I love the tonal qualities that I can get with my new Enya Thanks so much for the fine product P.s. The price was very reasonable as well

This is the 4th Enya guitar I have purchased. For me, the NexG was a bust, but this X3 Pro is on par with my X4 Pro as probably the best value in acoustic guitars out there (I also bought the Sonic Go carbon, which is downright amazing in its own right). The X3 Pro is well-made, has great fit and finish, awesome modern carbon look, and most importantly sounds truly remarkable. The sustain, which is so often over-emphasized, is actually amazing... Nigel Tufnel would be floored. In full disclosure, my particular instrument had a saddle that was a little high. It was perfectly playable, but I like a very low action (which does trade some sustain for playability). I replaced the name brand Tusq saddle with a bone saddle that I filed down to get the action right where I personally like it... with some tightening of the truss rod, it is now very light and without fret buzz. I suspect this is a one-off issue, as my X4 Pro came set up perfectly. Quality tuners, really smooth frets, a silky neck, and all the electronic wizardry. I would buy the X3 Pro again without hesitation.

This was a gift to my friend in church for his Missionary work. Because this instrument is “weather proof” it will serve in every weather condition where God will lead my brother in Christ to go. He was and is very excited to have the instrument and loves it.

The guitar was in great condition. There was no scratch marks, dents and there wasn't a gap between the bridge and the body of the guitar. I just had to tune it up and it's playing perfectly. I had a Carbon Fiber Smart Guitar by Lava Me and that Lava Me guitar doesn't compare to this amazing guitar by Enya. Might need a set up but I think that's about it. Please keep up the great work that you guys do and Rock On!

…one more thing I'd like to point out. The placement of the sound hole. This is brilliant! I can hear the guitar much better when playing. I am a singer/songwriter and many occasions throughout my career I have been asked to perform between sets, and had only a vocal mic with no DI. The placement of the X4 Pro's sound hole makes it easier to use a single mic for vocals and guitar.
