The main differences lie in the pickups, bridges, and finishes. The Inspire Pro SD features Seymour Duncan Pickups, a Titanium Alloy+Brass Bridge, and a Gloss Finish. The Inspire Pro AL comes with Enya Apex Lab Pickups (custom engineered for carbon fiber), a Zinc Alloy+Brass Bridge, and a Matte Finish with Lazer Radiance.
The official pre-order period for the Inspire Pro ends on August 10th. We will begin processing and shipping orders sequentially immediately after this date. Please note that for orders shipping to Europe, dispatch is estimated to begin in mid-August. Yes! It features an upgraded 20W Full-Range Dynamic Speaker that is considerably louder. Through a pioneering back-EMF microphonics-suppression architecture, it achieves distortion-free output across the entire frequency range and resolves the occasional feedback issue seen in previous models.
This is usually because the Threshold parameter in the Noise Gate module is set too high, which can compress the high frequencies too much. To fix this, connect to the Enya Music app, go to the tone editing screen, tap the yellow "Dynamic" module, select "Noise Gate," and higher the "Threshold" value. It's recommended to keep it below 50.
The Touch Bar is an integrated control on the guitar's body that can be used as an expression pedal or a killswitch. It offers tons of sonic possibilities and can be set up via the Enya Music App to fit your creative workflow.
Yes. In "Sync Mode," the Inspire Pro automatically quantizes your recorded phrase based on the set BPM and the drum machine's time signature. This ensures your loops are perfectly in time, even if your foot tap is slightly off. You can also use "Free Mode" for completely unquantized, real-time looping.
The Inspire Pro features intelligent output detection. When no cable is connected, it operates in "Speaker Mode" using presets A/B/C/D tailored for the built-in speaker. Plugging into the 6.35mm jack (for amps/mixers) or the 3.5mm jack (for headphones) automatically mutes the built-in speaker and switches to "Line Out Mode" with dedicated E/F/G/H presets optimized for external routing. If powered off, the 6.35mm output acts as a standard passive electric guitar.
Absolutely. The Type-C port supports OTG (On-The-Go) digital audio transmission. You can connect the Inspire Pro directly to your smartphone, tablet, or PC to record studio-quality audio (Windows/macOS require no additional drivers).
The Inspire Pro is equipped with a high-capacity 3250 mAh battery. It provides approximately 5 hours of continuous playing time when using the 20W built-in speaker, and up to 8 hours when using the Line-out mode for stage performances. It fully supports 24W fast charging via the Type-C port.
The wireless pedal comes pre-paired from the factory. Simply turn on the pedal and bring it close to the powered-on Inspire Pro; it will connect automatically. The guitar of dreams! Love the sound! Love the onboard looper, the onboard tuner, the onboard 20 watt amp and speakers. It was very well packed, and completely playable, after tuning, right out of the box!! I am still learning the depths of this guitar. The expression slide/grove is total fun! I got the purple and gold SD version, but I have heard the AL version and sounds great for few $ less. As expected, Enya Music Global has surpassed my expectations with this incarnation of their Inspire smart guitar. One thing it is missing, IMO, is a memory card, or app menu, to save my loops to. This was well worth the investment. I will be playing this guitar a lot!! ….and now have been, as it has been a few weeks since I received it. Still fascinated by its complexity and musicality. I love the variety of tones/patches/rigs most! The tremolo arm on mine does not work with the bridge. It keeps falling out; there are no threads on the bridge end of it, and, after removing the back of the guitar to see what's up, I found that the bridge is made to use a threaded, 5mm, tremolo arm. I ordered one, so it wont fall out when the guitar gets tipped forward. Then, I didn't want to wait, located a 5m thread die and wrench, and made some threads on the body end of the tremolo arm/whammy bar. Quick fix, but titanium is not easy to hand thread. Feel good about the fix! It screws in now and stays in when I rock put😎
So as you can see by the photos. I have an Inspire IRIS and the Black Inspire Pro AL. Plus many other guitars as well. Just one of my several hobbies. The Inspire Pro AL with all of its built in features feels like having a studio strapped around your neck. More features then needed with the capability of changing so many parameters your truly limitless to experiment and customize to your taste the AI feature sure does make life easy almost to the point of cheating, but trust me its not cheating its combining thousands of dollars of equipment tech into one convenient peice of masterfully engineered craftsmanship. Say what you will but China can produce some of the most amazing playing and sounding instruments and the Inspire and Inspire pro AL are no exception to their quality instrument craftsmanship.
Right out of the case, I tuned it and never having played it, after tuning it I crafted a piece using the on board drum beat I created 5 or 6 layers of an impromptu piece using the on board looper. Enya's 1st Outing. I recorded the piece. After that I downloaded the app and discovered all the beats and effects on it. My only issue is that I am not able to download the upgrade firmware my phone and computer both refuse it as malicious firmware. Don't know what that's about.
Fabulous guitars and really good quality with so much to offer .Just wish my skill was worthy to play it .The finish is so much better than the photos. To compare its extremity as a model would be somewhere between Cameron Diaz and Sophie Ellis bextor.Beautiful timeless innovative and unique

This is my 2nd Enya guitar. My first was the Sonic JT. Unlike the Sonic this one came to me set up quite well. I only had to adjust the truss rod and bridge a bit to my own personal liking. I spent hours pouring into the app and all the things I could potentially do, which is not a bad thing at all. I play a lot with a local band, we mostly do oldies and classic rock, this guitar has made it so much easier. Need the fuzz tone of Sunshine Of Your Love? I don't need to tweek the pedals, I push a button and get a better tone for that song than I can with my hundreds of dollars in my pedals. Need me to play the solo from Counting Flowers on the Wall by Eric Heatherly? Too easy, give me a challenge next time. I'm not saying it's perfect, but again, if I want to match it with my personal set up I would have to adjust all my pedals, which is a terrible statement, and it would take a while. With this I can just save it, and with a simple button push there it is. With the app and sounds aside, it plays very well. No complaints at all, except the trem bar is quite loose and you need to tighten it with a hex wrench to stay, then you need to loosen it to take it out. And the self locking tuners are meh. I'd prefer regular locking tuners. I know a lot of people complain about the expression groove location, but luckily for me I have the bad habit of strumming high and miss that completely, instead I hit the looper button a lot. I hope in future models they take that into account. But they at least give you the option of turning it off, which is what I do for band practice and playing. The tuner is not the best, but in a pinch it helps. One thing I really don't like is how quiet the looper is. I have the playback at 100 and yet I will record, happy with the volume I have, and when it plays back it is noticeably quieter. I do a lot of looping with a Boss 505, and I expect what I play to be recorded exactly. I also found with the expression pedal that it makes a weird sound when sliding with some settings. Of course it is not perfect, but holy crap is it nice! Most Enya guitars are great for anyone between beginner and high intermediate players, the pro takes this a step further. I didn't hesitate for a second to bring it with me for practice. Before practice I saved all the settings I wanted, had the tones for every song, and needed just one practice to turn some of them up, or adjust the eq for the banks, and played the next night. It sounded great, and the best part was I didn't even bring my pedal board. I did not receive the pedal switch with my pre-order, supposed to get that sometime next month, so I had to use my pedal I got for my Sonic. I also haven't used the speaker too much, it's good, but not the reason I got the guitar. I'll only use it for sitting on the porch or something. But at the end of the day I absolutely love this guitar. My wife and I played the day before it arrived, and my pedal board is still in the carrying case, my main guitar is sitting in the corner and hasn't been touched since. This guitar is not a gimmick, it's not a toy, it's a great guitar. Im not the type of person that would buy a guitar without trying it first, but my trust in Enya gives me no pause.

I posted this to show that I am a truck driver that spends a lot of time out over the road in many different climates..this guitar makes it so easy to practice and create music and the best part is i dont have to worry about humidy or temperatures. Just unzip the case and play! No need (or room) for amps or pedals..all included/built-in! Unfortunately I had to leave the Sonic JT at home. Only so much room ...and time!! 😆 🤣 I AM INSPIRED!! Exceptional value for money. Much better quality than many guitars at least twice it's price point, and the in-built speaker is much improved than previous models. The Enya App provides excellent tone sculpting that will get you the sound you want. The size is compact and easy to play for a guitar with 24 frets, making play effortless. This is truly an instrument that inspires.

1st, I love Enya, and their past guitars,, and I was excited about the Inspire Pro SOLELY because of the Looper. I own an Inspire and LOVE IT, and I bought the Inspire Pro SOLELY for the Looper. But I cannot play a melody without touching it and turning on the Looper or the Turner! And I cannot play a chord without touching the Expression Bar! It is maddening. I know that I can turn them off in the app, but I’ve been so repulsed by this that I haven’t even opened the app or registered the guitars (I stupidly bought 2). WHAT GOOD IS A FEATURE THAT IS SO INTRUSIVE THAT IT IS UNUSABLE?! And another annoying thing… all of the presets HUM! Some are worse than others but they ALL do it. These are innovative- But Impractically Designed- guitars, and quite possibly my last Enya.
