1-Year Limited Warranty

ENYA MUSIC Global ("Enya Music") warrants its products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of 1-YEAR from the date of original purchase.

During the warranty period, and upon proof of purchase, Enya Music will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace the defective product with the same or a similar model. To obtain warranty service, please contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the designated service location address. The product must be sent with a copy of your sales receipt or other proof of purchase. There will be no parts or labor charges to you for covered warranty services.

Due to the possibility of damage or loss during shipping, we highly recommend that you package the product securely and send it insured, with a return receipt requested. This limited warranty extends only to the original retail purchaser of a new product and cannot be transferred or assigned. Enya Music reserves the right to assess, upon inspection, the validity of any warranty claim.

International Shipping Note: For warranty claims made more than 30 days after the delivery date, international shipping costs for replacements or repairs will no longer be covered by Enya Music and shall be borne by the customer.

Note: This warranty does not cover complimentary accessories, including but not limited to instrument cases, gig bags, tuners, capos, strings, sand shakers, picks, and polishing cloths. Unsolicited returns to us or any of our authorized dealers will not be accepted.

Exclusions

This warranty does NOT cover, and Enya Music shall have no obligation to repair or replace, products under the following circumstances:

• The product was purchased from anyone other than an authorized Enya Music dealer, or unauthorized repair or service work has been carried out.
• The product has been subject to alteration, misuse, accident, neglect, or has been disassembled in any way.
• Normal "wear and tear," including but not limited to discoloration, fading, or damage to the original finish, worn frets, strings, tuners, hardware, and plating.
• Shipping damage of any kind.
• Damage resulting from exposure to extreme temperatures, humidity, acts of nature, dry climates, or salt air climates. Humidity Warning: Failure to use a quality humidifier on wooden instruments will void your warranty if cracking occurs. When the instrument is not in its case or bag for more than two days, it must be stored in a room with a relative humidity of 40-60% with a humidifier correctly installed.
• Damage caused by exposure to heating or cooling sources.
• Subjective personal opinions relating to the sound and tone of the instrument.
• Routine maintenance, setup adjustments, or replacement of consumables.
• Cosmetic damage (appearance defects) reported more than 7 days after receiving the product.
• The warranty period has expired.

Out-of-Warranty Services

After the warranty period has expired, or for damages not covered by this warranty, we offer paid repair services. Repair costs are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. We will inspect the item and provide you with an estimated repair quote for your approval before any work is performed.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

NEITHER THIS WARRANTY NOR ANY OTHER WARRANTY OR GUARANTEE, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, STATUTORY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL EXTEND BEYOND THE WARRANTY PERIOD.

ANY RECOVERY IS LIMITED TO THE ORIGINAL PURCHASE PRICE. ENYA MUSIC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES IN ANY WAY WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PRODUCT. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights that vary by country, state, or region. These rights shall not be affected by this limited warranty. This warranty applies only to products purchased directly from Enya Music.
