I really really love my Nova Ukulele - I have gotten so into the Uke the past few weeks and really love playing it. I’ve been making some songs and producing some music using a lot of Ukulele and it’s awesome. The recording quality and reverb from the acoustic plus is fantastic & I’ve been making some absolute bangers lately. It’s a beautiful little instrument and I love that it matches my Nova Go SP-1. I wouldn’t take a star off for it, but I did think it was a bit odd that the charging/plug in connection is an older type of port, rather than a USB-C like the Nova Go or Inspire or many of the other models. Pretty much everything uses USB-C now, so having or finding one of those cords is a pain - and it’s also so nice having the functionality of direct recording with the USB-C that I would love to utilize with the Ukulele. I still love my Ukulele, but if it had a USB-C port instead it would be absolutely perfect. If ever there was an upgrade for future models or any hardware changes to a USB-C port, I would be very interested. If at all possible at that time to just change out the housing unit of the port for mine, I would also be interested in exploring if there would be an upgrade fee possible for the difference to be sent the USB-C unit if able to somehow perform the adjustment and swap on my end. Just a random thought I had, since the type of charger/port the Ukulele uses will certainly be obsolete soon.
