Ship to Trade-in
For the 1st wave of the "Be Pro" trade-in campaign, we only accept shipping ENYA Inspire guitar to our California warehouse for trade-in. The shipping cost should be paid by the sender.

For a smooth and better trade-in experience, we'll confirm the final trade-in value with you before dispatching. Only approved applications will be received.

Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility
- Official Order: This exclusive pre-order offer is strictly limited to customers who purchased the ENYA Inspire through official ENYA MUSIC official store or authorized channels. Valid proof of purchase (such as an order ID or official invoice) may be required for verification.
- Only Inspire: This campaign is strictly limited to authentic ENYA Inspire devices purchased via official or authorized channels. If a customer sends an ineligible product (including but not limited to non-Inspire models, counterfeit items, or third-party brands) to our warehouse, the trade-in offer will be voided. The customer must pay for all return shipping costs to retrieve the incorrect product.
- 1st Wave: Due to many limitations of objective conditions, such as logistics, managment and operations, we regret saying the 1st wave "Be Pro" campaign opens to the U.S. Mainland customers only. We are expecting to expand the service to more and more countries/regions in the future. Thank you for your understanding.
2. Valuation
- Trade-in Value: For customers participating in "Be Pro", the final trade-in value of the returned device will be assessed and determined solely by the ENYA MUSIC Global Service Team based on its physical condition, functionality, and completeness. The trade-in value is non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit toward other products.
- $50 Bonus: The offer runs from July 20th, 2026, to August 31st, 2026 (Los Angeles Time). All trade-in requests and pre-orders must be submitted within this period to qualify for the US$ 50 bonus offer.
3. Others
- Shipping: Customers are solely responsible for the safe transit of their trade-in devices to our warehouse. ENYA MUSIC is not liable for any device damage, functional failure, or loss incurred during shipping. To protect your interests, we highly recommend using a courier service with tracking and purchasing comprehensive shipping insurance when sending your device.
- Withdrawal: Once a trade-in device is accepted and processed, its ownership transfers to ENYA MUSIC, and the original device cannot be returned under any circumstances. If you are unsatisfied with the new ENYA Inspire Pro and request a return within the eligible window, you will receive a refund for the actual cash amount paid. The trade-in value of your old device will not be paid in cash, but will be refunded to you in the form of an ENYA Digital Gift Card of equivalent value.
- Verification: Participants must provide accurate and honest information regarding the condition of their trade-in device. If our engineering team discovers concealed hardware defects, unauthorized modifications, or any forms of misrepresentation upon inspection, ENYA MUSIC reserves the right to reject the trade-in service. In such events, the product will only be sent back to the customer at the customer's own expense (Collect Shipping).
