Behind the Tone:
The Circuit & Control System of Inspire Pro

While Inspire Pro’s smart features introduce new creative possibilities, its foundation remains a carefully designed electric guitar system. Every component, from pickup configuration to integrated controls, is built to give players more ways to shape their sound.

Pickup System: Versatile Tone, Flexible Control

Inspire Pro combines a classic pickup layout with flexible switching options, giving players access to a wide range of tonal possibilities while keeping the familiar workflow of a professional electric guitar.

5-Way Switch × HSS Configuration

Inspire Pro features a 5-way selector, giving players quick access to different tonal combinations while maintaining the familiar workflow of a professional electric guitar.

Series / Parallel Humbucker Switching

The bridge humbucker features a Push-Pull Tone Knob, allowing players to switch between Series and Parallel modes for additional tonal flexibility:

Series Mode | Knob Down

The traditional humbucker configuration delivers higher output, fuller low-end response, and stronger midrange character for bold lead tones and full-bodied rhythm work.

Parallel Mode | Knob Pulled Up

Parallel mode creates a brighter and more open response with enhanced clarity and articulation, delivering a crisp, bright tone ideal for funky rhythm grooves, all while maintaining the noise-canceling advantage of a humbucker.

Master Knob: More Than Volume Control

The Inspire Pro Master Knob combines multiple functions into one streamlined control interface, integrating volume adjustment, preset switching, and Bluetooth pairing while keeping the playing experience intuitive.

True Tone Bypass & Impedance Shift

The Master Knob features a physical detent point near its maximum position. When rotated clockwise into this click point, Tone Bypass mode activates. Circuit impedance shifts instantly, bypassing standard electrical load to expand high-frequency response and add raw brightness and clarity to your overall tone.

This additional tonal range provides more presence and articulation when players need their sound to cut through the mix.

Hybrid Active & Passive Architecture

Inspire Pro is designed to work as both a modern smart guitar and a classic electric guitar, letting players effortlessly transition between onboard smart capabilities and traditional playability.

Active Mode

When powered on, Inspire Pro unlocks its onboard electronic features, including:

  • DSP-powered tone shaping and amp modeling
  • Built-in 20W speaker system
  • Revolutionary Touch Bar
  • Onboard Looper & Tuner

Passive Mode

When powered off and connected through the standard output, Inspire Pro functions as a classic passive electric guitar.

  • Direct magnetic pickup signal
  • No onboard digital processing
  • Connect directly to amplifiers, pedals, or audio interfaces

This hybrid architecture combines the reliability of a traditional electric guitar with the creative possibilities of modern technology.

Built for Every Playing Style

The Enya Inspire Pro combines the familiar feel of a professional electric guitar with advanced hardware design, giving players more ways to create, perform, and explore their sound.
