People forget how useful it is, before playing the real big piano (or the guitar), to have a device that allows you to play melody and chords WITH ONE FINGEER; before learning multiple fingers to play a chord on a real big piano. The Enya Cyber G is a good Bridge-Instrument between only playing melody and chords with multiple fingers on a real big piano. So you learn step by step.

I love it, It’s easy to learn how to play it. It is amazing cause it is like a one man band, there’s a drum, and you can choose different instrument sounds.

I order the strum/pluck version, but initially got the keyboard version sent to me. I reached out to support and they send me the strum/pluck module without hesitation. 10/10 service. I tried it out and was immediately able to play full songs on it, very intuitive instrument. Looking forward to many more play sessions with it.

Easy to play and I can play even im not expert. Like very much.
As someone who can't learn the acoustic guitar well, this product is great for me! It is very new player friendly and addicting on the first try! I can sit and play with this guitar for straight 3 hours. I upgraded the guitar and now it has 20 instruments. Most tones are accurate to the actual instruments. I love the sound of guzheng, suona, and erhu. It is a great product! I hope the pedal will be available soon.

Right now it is a love/hate relationship. Yes you can follow music but it really screws with my brain as to any kind of fingering goes. I do play guitar but this makes no sense. If I go down the fret board the note can be higher or if I go up the neck the note can be lower. Also I can not find the electric guitar sound, I found it once during an update but can no longer find it. As I said I think it is cool but it is more like a toy ,this will not teach someone to play guitar a person will always have to be connected to the internet and just play what they have ,maybe I just haven't gotten the real vibe as I have played in bands for years. I'd say the quality is good just not what I was expecting as a real musical instrument.
Impressive instrument! I like it, is suitable for improvisation, everything meets my expectation but only 1 thing is really really pittiful: no proper manual came along with the product to make it possible to start playing well.

excellent customer service. six days from order till arrival to Israel. i love the instrument, wish to get in firmware update more instruments (there are only four, guitar, piano, e-guitar and guzhang) and more sound patterns to the "sing and play" mode. i don't use solo mode. i have only pick module. thank you.
Arrived quickly, well built, extremely versatile with a host of features, the piano, guitar and bass sounds are excellent. The oriental instrument sounds are very good but not as relevant to me. Some of the other sounds such as the electric guitar and synth sounds are less good. Lots of melodies to choose from although a few of them are in the wrong sections and the naming can be a little confusing, a numbering system might have been easier to navigate. Overall however, it is an excellent piece of kit, the drum machine is great, I haven't tried the looper yet. Good value for money with the discount for what it does.

This is a really fun instrument to play. Sound quality is great. Compact and easy to tote around. It's great for singing along or working on new creations. A unique way of making music. I am loving it.

The timing of the graphical prompt in the sing along mode is not smooth and I find it very difficult to follow. The beats on the cyber G is only 2 bars and not 4 bars like the Lava Genie which I also own. I prefer the Lava genie on that. Please improve the Sing along mode because it was why I bought the cyber G. Thank you
Still trying to figure out how to use it. The instructions are not clear for someone like me, can be technically challenged sometimes. Wish there were video instructions to teach me how to properly play the instrument. May have to return it if I can't learn the proper method to play it.

Keyboard module battery maintenance
The keyboard module can work alone as Midi controller, remote keyboard etc.
It needs to be charged separately if it be used without attaching on a Cyber-G guitar.
Cyber-G guitar only serve as a basic power supply for the module, but will not charge.
The voltage of module may too low after highly using alone, the battery may not be able to be charged by adapter. In this case, it may need to be returned to the factory for a re-activation operation.
We advise please do not drain the very last percent battery, and charge the device in time before forcing it to shut down.
p.s. That's due to the tech limitation of battery industry now, such as 12v car battery may not work after long time highly using or being exposed under extreme environment, may need a charge manually by specific method to raise the voltage to work.
